You will need to register as a Mobile Sheffield member to meet our insurance requirements. 

You can cancel your membership at any time however membership will automatically expire 12 months from the date of your last hire to ensure we comply with data protection legislation.

Please note there is no additional cost for membership however we do accept donations to support the scheme.

Anyone who registered as a Mobile Sheffield member when the scheme was originally operated at The Moor Market by Clark & Partners will need to re-register with Sheffield BID.

First hire

When you hire equipment from us for the first time, our friendly team will take you through the registration process and demonstrate the equipment to you to ensure your safety.

Once registered, you will receive your Mobile Sheffield membership card. 

On future hires, you will need to bring your membership card with you.

Membership includes:

  • Meet & Greet at Q-Park, Charles Street upon request.
  • Meet & Greet at the Arundel Gate Interchange upon request.
  • Concierge from a member of our Welcome Team during your visit. Ian or Chris will be on hand to assist you during your visit should you need help with bookings, reservations or general advice.
